OUCT seek to employ coaches to work alongside the Female Development and Sports Participation departments.

Female Development Vacancies

We are currently looking for an FFD Lead Coach and Assistant and a Casual Soccercise coach

The Female Development department works with women and girls from a variety of backgrounds and has the following aims:
-          To increase the participation of women and girls in football activities.
-          To provide a variety of session formats to engage inactive girls and women.
-          To provide opportunities for women and girls to progress as players, coaches and officials.

This work includes, secondary schools, universities, NEET projects and holiday courses. The department are looking to recruit the following part-time positions:

School Sports Participation Vacancies
The School Sports Participation department works with children from a variety of backgrounds within Oxfordshire. The department is looking to recruit casual coaches who are interested in delivering after school clubs and holiday courses for primary school aged children.
