Oxford United's under-18s welcome AFC Bournemouth to Northcourt Road on Saturday morning
With United's first team in action at Rochdale on Saturday, those U's supporters unable to make the trip can still get their football fix as the under-18s take on Premier League AFC Bournemouth in the South West Youth Alliance at Abingdon United's Northcourt Stadium this weekend (11am kick off).United, who beat Bournemouth 4-0 in the opening game of the season, won 7-1 against Yeovil Town last time out, so there could be plenty of goals on offer as the U's, currently fifth in the table, take on the 8th-placed Cherries.
Oxford may feature young professionals Canice Carroll and Jordan Graham, so pop along to the Northcourt (OX14 1PL) to see the stars of the future. There is always a friendly welcome there and entry is free.
