U's start with Burton at home
Oxford United will start the 2014/15 season with a home fixture against Burton Albion.
It is the first home start to a season since United returned to the Football League five seasons ago and The U’s will face a Brewers side who reached the play-offs last season.
After a trip to Ashton Gate in the Capital One Cup United then have two away games, at Mansfield and Morecambe, before welcoming Portsmouth to the Kassam Stadium.
There is a home Boxing Day game against Shrewsbury Town while the final game of the season is a trip to Newport County.
