Trio missing Daggers trip

Early Team news as United head for Dagenham

United will be forced into changes as they head for Dagenham and Redbridge in npower League 2  on Saturday.

The U's have had a torrid time with injuries all season and will be without James Constable, JP Pittman and Harry Worley through injury as they face the Daggers. Constable damaged an ankle, as well as gaining a beauty of a black eye, against Wycombe on Saturday while Pittman aggravated a hamstring problem. To make matters worse centre half Worley then suffered a back injury in training and will also be missing the trip.

Coach Mickey Lewis told Yellow Player:

"It has been the story of the season but you just have to get on with it. Sean Rigg is still a doubt with an ankle problem but hopefully he will be OK. One or two of the youngsters will be involved again and we have every confidence in them if needed."

The U's welcome Michael Raynes back after suspension. The former Scunthorpe defender missed one game after a red card at Aldershot but is available again and challenges Michael Duberry for a place alongside skipper Jake Wright.
