Partners in Youth Community Football
The Partners in Youth Community Football initiative has developed due to the overwhelming success of our on-field experiences on a match day. We have had almost every club associated with the Oxford Mail Boys League and Witney & District Youth League join us in the last few seasons.

We have developed great relationships in the immediate area and to continue building upon this we are introducing youth community football partnerships.

We hope to sign Oxfordshire based clubs who have obtained FA Charter Standard Development status. These clubs who have reached this achievement display the ambition we seek to move youth football development forward.

Grove Challengers Football Club was established in 1971 to provide football for the local children of Grove and has since grown into a thriving football club. It is affiliated to the Berks and Bucks FA and has teams from rising stars (U6's) up to U13's as well as a yoouth team who have been woth the club since U6's! Grove Challengers prides itself in being an inclusive club which welcomes players of all ages and abilities. Grove currently holds Charter Standard Status as well as Community Chartered Status and is continuing to grow with the community link with Oxford United helping in it's development.
