Information for Supporters with Disabilities
Ground Information
North Stand (Home &Away) – We have raised wheelchair platforms in this stand. This stand may be used by away fans.
East Stand – We have wheelchair facilities at the front of this stand
South Stand – We have a raised wheelchair platform in the upper level of this stand. There are also wheelchair facilities at the front of the lower tier (including the family area situated in blocks 1-3)
Toilets
All of the stands have access to disabled toilets. Disabled stewards carry RADAR keys for entry.
Concourse
All concourses inside the stadium have wheelchair friendly counters, serving hot and cold food and drinks.
Parking
We have free disabled parking areas on a first come first served basis available in all four corners of the stadium
Ambulant Disabled
Ambulant Disabled are seated in each of the stands. Persons requiring a carer will need to provide proof of eligibility.
The evidence we require is issued by the Department of works and Pensions showing the disability allowance is in the Middle or Higher band of care.
A note of seat allocation will be taken at time of purchase to comply with the stadium emergency evacuation procedure.
Disabled tickets can only be purchased in person from the ticket office providing the above evidence of eligibility. Telephone bookings are welcome but the tickets will need to be collected from the stadium.
Tickets/Season tickets For Home Supporters
The disabled person will pay the age related price per stand. However, to be entitled to a free season/matchday ticket for a personal assistant, the disabled person must have documents proving that they are in receipt of Disability Living Allowance (middle or higher care component) or registered as visually impaired or deaf.
Breach of this system will result in the season/matchday ticket of both the disabled person and their carer being deactivated for the season/match.
