The role combines the WSL 1st Team Manager vacancy with our RTC Technical Director's responsibilities to give an experienced coach to shape our player development pathway from U6s to building a successful WSL team. To create a culture that maximizes the talent of each player within the club in all aspects of the four corner model to maximize the quality of team performance.
To development and implement a technical/ tactical player and coach development programme across all age groups within the RTC programme in line with the FA criteria.
Job Title: Girls Under 12s Regional Talent Club Coach (P/T)
Hours of Work: 4 Hours per week plus Match Day

Responsible to: Phase Lead Coach/ RTC Manager/ Technical Director
To be responsible for all coaching sessions with a particular squad within the Girls RTC, which falls in line with the Coaching philosophy, vision and values of the Club as a whole.
To work closely with all other coaches in particular the lead phase coach for your age group
• Must live within 30 miles of Oxford
• Member of FA Licensed coaches club
• Level 2 coaching qualification (UEFA B desirable)
• FA Youth Modules (working towards)
• FA Safeguarding & FA Emergency Aid
• Current DBS
FA Coaching Level 2
FA Youth Module 3 (or Working towards)
Membership of the FA Coaches Club
Emergency First Aid Certificate
Safeguarding Children Certificate
Satisfactory Enhanced CRB Disclosure
FA Coaching Level 3 (UEFA B Licence)
Full, Clean Driving Licence
